elated?

so yes, I indeed have a new keyboard. it is black and silver and matches my monitor, which is also a bonus, but mostly it has two feet that work so that it doesn’t rock back and forth as I type like my old one, which required a pen underneath it to keep it stable, and whenever I tidied up my desk, which is rare but does happen, I’d always forget and put the pen away too, and then when I went back to type I’d remember just why it was there, but no more!

My BenQ x120 Internet Keyboard Pro is very nice and sleek and I expect it will work well with the laptop I plan on getting in Sept. The old one was ps2 and so not compatible. It had out lived it’s worth, but if anyone wants a keyboard that still works for the most part let me know.

I must congratulate FutureShop for changing their mailing technique though because they used to use Purolator who require a signature on delivery, and if you’re not home they won’t leave it. And then don’t come back so you have to drive to one of their stations to pick it up, and if I wanted to (or could) do that I would have gone to store in the first place. But now they use Canada Post it seems, which is nice, because even if they require a signature it just goes down the street which is within walking distance, which is doubly nice for anti-drivers like yours truly.

Now it is lunch time, so I’m going to go make myself a sandwich and a milkshake and kill some more time before I have to go in for my second last Fortino’s shift.
