so…
i’m learning to drive. i turned 25 a few weeks ago and figured it was about time. fred is helping me through the curves in the road in his wife’s red civic. i have until the end of the summer, hopefully i will have a geetwo by then.
in house related news, we don’t have our house yet. the bounderies are all screwed up on paper and we’ve told the sellers to fix it before we give them any cash. so now we wait. in the meantime i’m going to pack all my crap any way since one way or another i’m outta here at the end of august. we had the option of walking away, but Mike left this morning for a month and so we wouldn’t be able to look until he got back anyway, so we wait.
Also, Mike left this morning for a month and so i’m going to be bored more often and home more often, so give me a call, or come visit if you feel so inclined (or live close enough to do so). Tomorrow marks the beginning of megan’s arts and crafts month. I told the boy i was going to send him a paper machee animal every week he was gone, realistically I don’t think that’s going to happen, but I do hope to maybe make one (to keep the joke alive) and finish my sun dress, work on my quilt, and maybe make myself a dress for all the weddings i’ve been invited to this summer.
… and keep looking for a job.
I just hung up on a telemarketer. Normally I let them go through their spiel and then decline, but this woman was chewing something and talking slowly, and it was gross. I mean sure it’s a crappy job, but you could at least take your gum out of your mouth, or finish eating your lunch before you call me. Thanks.

Ooh driving, that’s exciting. Are you going get a car along with this house and seal the deal on being a wholesome family?
Also, you should msn me your phone number. i can try to call you some night.

nope, probably getting rid of the car actually, that’s the beauty of living in a city. just figured it was time to learn how to drive in case there’s an emergancy or road trip in my future.
