elated?

Working for a real estate association, I get a lot of interesting news releases coming across my desk. Some talk about new condo designs, others about the pitfalls of foundation problems, and lately I’ve been seeing more and more articles on ‘green’ initiatives.

Yesterday I read an article that made me wish I didn’t have 4 years until my mortgage came up for renewal. The Citizen’s Bank of Canada, in partnership with the Conservation Council of Ontario and Green$aver, have developed a ‘green mortgage’.
